Exchange 2013 Archiving server not archiving anything

Hello,

My Current Exchange 2013 organisation has 2CAS servers,2MBX Servers with DAG setup and another MBX server for archiving.

Current Issue;

I have Set Archiving on the Entire OrganizationUnit using get-user -OrganizationalUnit OUname and Applied the 3 year retention policy for Archiving.

It's now two weeks and only 4kb was archived for a few users.

Please kindly help.
