We enabled IMAP (and POP) on our Exchange 2010 server but can't get IMAP to work. If we try to create a mail account to access via IMAP and test the connection we receive "Log onto incoming mail server (IMAP): The IMAP server issued an unrecognized
greeting." and if we try to telnet into the server via port 143 we receive an "EMSTP Mail Service Ready" prompt (which would explain the unrecognized greeting message). What are we doing wrong?
