Message Tracking Exchange 2013

Hi,

i am trying to confirm if user received the message in his/her mail box in our Exchange 2013 environment.

i have received these results 

my question is

which Event Id will confirm simply that " Emails has been delivered to mailbox" 

this HADISCARD i belied belongs to discard of shadow copy but , how to confirm if its not and its referring to  discard of actual email
