Hi,
I have an issue where emails sent from a scanner are showing "ExplicitilyDiscarded" and never arrive in the recipients mailbox. I've checked the queue and had them run a few more tests and 1 server failed 2x, another server failed 1x and actually sent the email 1x. I put the email in a whitelist but it still get's discarded with no other infromation
I attached the tracelog, is there anyway to identify why the mailbox server is dropping the email? I've checked event viewer for application but not seeing any issues at first glance. Any help is appreciated.
