We have 2 Exchange 2013 Servers. On both servers I am getting some health warnings.

We started looking into this while trouble shooting a possibly related issue with IMAP relating to integration with a third party software. After looking onto the logs I am seeing quite a few instances similar to `No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it 127.0.0.1:25`
This happens for HubTransport at port 25, IMAP at 993, IMAP.Proxy at 993, ForntendTransport at 25. For server 2 only I am seeing a POP error as well relating to no mailboxes found to use in CTP Probe.
